Delivery Information

Responsible Manufacturing

To minimise garment & resource waste all items are made to order. This means when you place your order a customer service human physically processes it & prepares if for our production team to start work.

Our production team then take your order & commence work on it. This process involves many steps & many humans all working together to hand produce the item just for you. 

We take a lot of pride in their work & want everything to be perfect. Orders are processed as quickly as possible, in order of receipt. As we all know good things take time, so w
e recommend allowing up to 2 weeks from order placement for your order to be shipped.


Urgent Orders

If you need your order urgently for a gift etc please let us know in the comments field & we will try our best to accommodate your request. Please note, unfortunately there are times when, due to work load & other factors that we will not be able to accomodate urgent requests. 

If your item is super time critical we suggest emailing or calling before placing your order to confirm if your request can be accommodated.


Despatch Lead Times

We aim to get all orders out as soon as humanly possible. We aren't in the habit of leaving completed orders hanging around. If your order is ready to go it will be shipped straight away. To support this we have a daily AM & PM courier collection.

The leadtimes listed are "typical", meaning that 99% of orders will fall into the indicated leadtimes however, there are circumstances in the process that we can't control which can cause small delays. This includes paypal holding payments for fraud verification, public holidays, transport industry industrial action, backorders, spikes in order volumes due to Christmas or Sales etc.

We will update you of any delays as soon as we become aware of them.


Collecting Your Order From Us

If you prefer, you can collect your order from us when it is ready. Simply select "I will collect it myself" at the shipping stage in the order process.

Collections are available from 4 Walter Street, Moorabbin, Victoria, 3189.

Our collection hours are :
Monday to Thursday between 8:30am - 5pm &
Friday between 8.30am - 1pm.

We will contact you as soon as your order is available for collection.

To avoid disappointment, please do not come to collect your order unless we have emailed you to say it is ready. 

Please note : We are closed on weekends & public holidays so therefore do not process orders, ship orders or have orders available for collection during these times.


Shipping Rates - Within Australia

$14.85 flat rate shipping applies to all orders placed via the website that have selected "Express" as the preferred delivery option for delivery within Australia. This amount will be shown in your cart as you process through the checkout stage.

When your order is shipped you will be emailed a tracking number. You can use this to track your package. The tracking email comes from our freight provider & not us. Please check your spam / junk folder as these sorts of notifications can end up there by mistake.

To ensure your order arrives safely & securely we require a signature on delivery. If you don't want this option & are happy for the courier to leave your order at your address then please let us know in the checkout note field. We will then note this on the address label for the courier. Please keep in mind that the courier may use their discretion with deliveries. If there is nowhere safe to leave your order they may return it to the depot. 

Please keep in mind if you request your package to be left without a signature then you do so at your own risk. We will not be able to help you if your order is misplaced or stolen, for this reason we don't advise requesting an 'Authority to Leave'.


Shipping Rates - New Zealand

For our Kiwi friends across the Tasman, we offer flat rate shipping of AUD$22.50.


Shipping Rates - UK, USA, Canada

For our more distant friends across the globe, we offer flat rate shipping of AUD$50.

Further Notes on Delivery

Australia

Within Australia we ship via Express Post (Melbourne Metro, PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers) or Star Track Express (everywhere else).

Generally you should receive your delivery within 5 days of it being shipped. In remote, & regional, areas this can take a bit longer. It's best to allow up to 10 working days to receive your order.

Tracking numbers will be provided via email on your shipping confirmation email & can be used to track your order as it makes it way to you. Unfortunately we have no control over your package once it leaves us. If you wish to make changes to your delivery after it has been shipped please contact the courier directly as they will be in the best place to make any changes. 


New Zealand

Orders to New Zealand are shipped via Australia Post & usually take around 10 working days to arrive. It's best to allow up to 15 working days for your delivery to arrive. You can use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email to track your order.


UK, Canada, USA
International orders to the UK, Canada & USA are shipped via Australia Post & usually take up to 20 working days to arrive. It's best to allow up to 30 working days for your order to arrive.

For international orders, you may incur duties or tax on your order. We are not responsible for those fees & these will be payable by you.


Orders are shipped to the delivery address that you have submitted with your order. We cannot be held responsible if the delivery address that you provided is incorrect.

We use only reputable delivery companies, however, we do not accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party handling within the destination country.
